Instructions For Replacing Lost
Egyptian Passport

1. You have to complete the following and submit it to the     consulate:
      •Complete the specified application form.
      •Present a Police report.
      •Copy of the lost passport if available.
      •Copy of each and every document available i.e. (Egyptian         Identification card/ Birth Certificate /copy of the Military ID.
       Card etc...).
      •Copy of foreign passport, if the applicant has another        citizenship beside his Egyptian citizenship.

2. Once the approval is granted, you will be notified and you have     to follow the regular procedures to issue a new passport.
