Obtaining Egyptian Death Certificate
The following is required:
1. Hospital Certificate
•Copy of the deceased Egyptian passport
or ID.
•Copy of Egyptian passport of the person
applying for death certificate.
2. The Consulate will send all these documents to the Ministry of Interior
in Egypt which issues the death certificate and sends it back
to the consulate.
3. The process will take approximately four weeks.
